Returns
For unwanted items a 20% re stocking fee will be deducted. All Items must be returned unused condition. If you use a device then returns will not be accepted. You will be responsible for customs duties and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For a return address please contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, less 20% re stocking fee.
Shipping
Your purchased item will be dispatched in most cases the same day if purchased before 10am. If after 10am then it will be the next day. Once the item is posted we have no control over the delivery as that is in the control of that particular courier.
